Coca-Cola SZIN Festival kicks off in less than one month
The 2023 Coca-Cola SZIN Festival, one of the biggest music festivals in Hungary, starts in less than one month in Szeged. As usual, thousands of festival goers will flock to the City of Sunshine, to end the summer in style between August 23 and 26.
SZIN is short for Szegedi Ifjúsági Napok and translates to Szeged Youth Days. Hungary's oldest music festival, organized for the first time in 1968, turns 55, and this year it runs under the name Coca-Cola SZIN Festival.
At the 2023 Coca-Cola SZIN Festival, artists like Rita Ora, Timmy Trumpet, Lukas Graham, and Alok represent the international lineup. The Hungarian lineup features artists like Bëlga, Blahalouisiana, Bohemian Betyars, Budapest Bár, Hiperkarma, Honeybeast, Ivan & the Parazol, Parno Graszt, Supernem, and Quimby, among others.
Zoo Jam and SZIN Festival teamed up to launch a new generation of NFT rock stars for the 2023 festival — more info here.
The festival offers a free mobile application for visitors— available in the Apple store and through Google Play — that has features like ticket purchase, a festival map, and the daily list of performances. App users can even make their unique tailored line-up and set the app on alarm so that they don't miss the chosen concerts.
