Like other online media outlets, Szegedify also heavily depends on support from the readers.

We planned to run the magazine fully self-funded for the first six months, which we managed to do. For the future, though, we need your support.

We will use the funds collected through this donation page to finance operational costs like:

  1. website and domain costs

  2. stock images, if any

  3. technical gear

  4. wages

  5. accounting costs

Our hosting company, Squarespace, partners with Stripe Climate to help combat climate change. The amounts raised will fund next-generation carbon removal.

In our case, after reaching a donation amount equivalent to HUF 50,000, 1% of the income goes to Stripe Climate.
