Christmas Ferris wheel already open in Szeged

The giant Ferris wheel set up for this year's Christmas market started operating in Szeged this weekend.

The Ferris wheel on Dóm Square has the same dimensions as last year's wheel – 50 meters high and able to accommodate 180 people in 30 closed cabins – but looks slightly different. The first round with passengers was made on Friday afternoon.

The opening hours are 14:00 to 21:00 Monday-Friday and 11:00 to 21:00 Saturday-Sunday.

Tickets are 3000 HUF for adults and 2500 HUF for children, one round consists of 3 turns.

The Ferris wheel will remain in Dóm Square until January 5, 2025.
