Fake tickets popped up for the 2023 Coca-Cola SZIN Festival

The organizers of the Coca-Cola SZIN Festival (Szegedi Ifjúsági Napok / Szeged Youth Days) released an announcement to warn about fake tickets appearing on various marketplaces.

"In the past few days, we have received several reports that seemingly fake tickets for the Szeged Youth Days are being sold on various online marketplaces and social media platforms." — reads the announcement of the organizers.

It seems that the counterfeiters are using tickets from another ticket system issued for another event, which, after modifying the QR code, price, location, and other data, are displayed as valid tickets for the Szeged Youth Days.

Tickets valid for the Szeged Youth Days are sold exclusively on our own website, www.szin.org, and at our ticket office at Felső Tisza part 2, 6721 Szeged. Our Company does not use other ticketing systems.

— the organizers emphasize.

Buyers have to be careful with resold tickets too. Organizers of the Coca-Cola SZIN Festival recommend their partner, TicketSwap, as the only secure way to buy e-tickets from someone reselling their spare tickets. At TicketSwap, the validity of the SZIN ticket for sale is always checked by the ticketing system of SZIN.

"Please report similar cases to our Company and the competent authority as soon as possible." — ends the announcement.
