27th Autumn Cultural Festival in Szeged

The 27th Autumn Cultural Festival of the University of Szeged takes place between October 3 and November 13. Similarly to previous years, the all-arts festival is organized by the Cultural Office of the SZTE Directorate of International and Public Relations.

The festival hosts 300 programs at 60 different locations, including concerts, exhibitions, lectures, and theater performances. Every year, the festival features programs from as wide a range of genres as possible to offer program opportunities for all age groups and interests.

The 27th Autumn Cultural Festival officially opens on Tuesday, October 3, at 6 p.m. with an exhibition, a concert, and the traditional light painting at 7:30 p.m. at the main building of the university.

The language of the festival is Hungarian, however, several programs can be enjoyed without any Hungarian knowledge. The Directorate of International and Public Relations published a selection of programs here.
