Over 200 programs in 4 days - SZIN 2022 launches today

Szeged Youth Days, commonly called SZIN, opens its gates today. The music festival with the longest history in Hungary awaits visitors to finish off the summer with over 200 programs between August 24 and 27.

12 music stages, more than 20 program sites, and a revamped SZIN+ lounge await festival goers at the 2022 SZIN. Organizers installed a brand new gate for a smoother and quicker entering.

The Civil Village, showcasing the work of local NGOs and volunteers, is the biggest in the history of the festival. Amongst others, Móra Ferenc Museum and American Corner Szeged can be found here. The University of Szeged also takes part in the festival, with two tents offering programs and information, and an SZTE stage.

SZIN 2022 offers a vast line-up of national and international musicians and bands.

Anna and the Barbies, Aurevoir., Bagossy Brothers Company, Bëlga, Besh o droM, Carson Coma, Honeybeast, Magna Cum Laude, Margaret Island, Pannonia Allstars Ska Orchestra, Parno Graszt, Punnany Massif, Szabó Balázs Bandája, Vad Fruttik are just a few names among the massive number of Hungarian performers.

The international line-up includes stars like Alle Farben, A7S, Jason Derulo, Joyhauser, Rag'n'Bone Man, and Russkaja. Frederik Cornelius, the Danish artist currently living in Szeged, will also perform with his band at the World Music Stage.
