The Lapos, Szeged's public beach will officially start the 2022 season with an opening party on Saturday, June 18. Now in its second year, the Lapos (meaning flat (adj.) in Hungarian) awaits everyone with extended services. The area will be enlarged, while new sporting facilities and bars will be added.

The Lapos Beach opening party starts with family and kid's programs at 10 a.m. and lasts until 9 p.m. with various sports demonstrations and music.

Attendance is free.
