Submissions are still open for the 19. Verzió International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival.

Verzió is a Budapest-based international film festival showcasing documentary films on human rights and social issues. With the discussions and other events accompanying the screenings, the festival provides a forum to discuss current social problems.

Apart from Budapest, Verzió screenings are each year at Szeged, Pécs, Kecskemét, Debrecen and Szombathely too. Verzió takes place annually in November and continues to organize programs throughout the year across the country, as well as online.

Submission deadline for the 19. Verzió Film Festival is May 31, 2022. For categories and conditions, visit the festival's submission page.

A selection of films from last year's festival is still available online until March 27.
