First donation shipment from University of Szeged reached Lviv, Ukraine

The first shipment of donations collected at the University of Szeged reached the city of Lviv in Ukraine. The University announced the news on its Facebook page today.

As we reported before, on Friday, February 25, the institution offered its support and assistance to all its students from Ukraine, their families, and the SZTE employees concerned.

On March 1, the University announced that it will help refugees by providing dormitory accommodation, catering, and medical assistance. SZTE - in cooperation with local charities - started to assist in collecting donations for the refugees as well as the people who stayed in Ukraine.

Donations can still be dropped at the University of Szeged József Attila Study and Information Center (SZTE TIK).
