Flood protection mobile wall installation exercise in the next three days

The Lower Tisza District Water Directorate (ATIVIZIG) is holding a flood protection mobile wall installation exercise in Szeged between June 20-22, 2023, the directorate announced on Facebook and on their website.

To prevent dangerous situations during the works carried out on the downtown flood protection system, the Huszár Mátyás Quay and the sidewalk along it will be closed from June 20, noon until June 21, 6:00 p.m. The installation work will be carried out on June 21, between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The mobile wall installation exercise at Felső Tisza-part will be held on June 22, between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., during which time the riverside bike lane and the sidewalk at Felső Tisza-part will be closed.
