HTEC Group to establish IT center in Szeged

HTEC Group will create more than six hundred jobs in four Hungarian cities, including Szeged.

Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, announced the investment of HTEC Group in Szeged on March 29, 2022.

The American technology consulting and development company will create more than six hundred jobs in four Hungarian cities with an investment of HUF 4.7 billion.

The company will set up IT centers in Budapest, Szeged, Debrecen and Pécs, with 250 employees planned in the capital and 120 in each of the other locations.

The Hungarian state supports the investment with HUF 700 million.
