Media Literacy Workshop at American Corner Szeged
American Corner Szeged invites for a media literacy workshop with George de Man on Thursday, March 31, starting from 6 p.m.
Media literacy, by definition, is the knowledge, skills, and competencies that are required to use and interpret media, and to make informed decisions. In the Digital Age, media literacy is considered one of the most important skills for both present and future generations.
During the workshop, George de Man, currently teaching at the University of Szeged, will help participants deepen their media and information literacy skills.
American Corner recommends that you bring your smartphone, tablet, or laptop with you for the workshop. However, it is possible to use local devices too.
Participation in the media literacy workshop is free. No registration is required.
