Be the Light: interview with Afiqah, an SZTE student from Malaysia

The second episode of the Essentially Szeged podcast features an interview with Afiqah Izzati, a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holder, currently studying agricultural engineering at the University of Szeged.

Afiqah shares her impressions about Hungary and Europe, life in Szeged and Hódmezővásárhely, Hungarian food, and the cultural differences compared to Malaysia, her home country.

Essentially Szeged is a podcast series hosted by singer-songwriter Frederik Cornelius, in cooperation with ESSENTIALE Brunch, Specialty Coffee and Tea, and the Szegedify Online Magazine. In the episodes, international students and expats will share their thoughts and views about many aspects of living in Szeged, and more generally, in Hungary. The series will highlight stories that can be both inspiring and helpful for other members of the international community, and at the same time, interesting for everyone who loves this city.

You can follow the podcast series on the This Is Frederik Cornelius YouTube channel, and on Spotify, under the name Essentially Szeged.
