PSYCHART24 exhibition open at Fekete Ház

Móra Ferenc Museum opened the Psychart24 exhibition today at Fekete Ház, on Somogyi Street.

Psychart24 is a 24-hour painting marathon for psychiatry patients, and a cross-city program promoting free creation. Universities and clinics in three cities - Budapest, Debrecen, and Szeged - participated in this year's event.

The heart of the program is the Budapest Art Brut Gallery, where psychiatric patients are provided with opportunities to create. The 24-hour painting marathon is open to everyone who wants to try free art. All tools are provided during the day, and the participants contribute to the success of the project with their enthusiasm and curiosity.

The exhibited works were created during this painting marathon - around 200 paintings per city. An expert jury selected 20 pieces from each location that the public can see in Szeged, the last stop of the traveling exhibition.

The Psychart24 exhibition at Fekete Ház is open until September 18, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
